Arby's - Riverside

I hadn't visited this restaurant in a long time because my previous experience wasn't great. However, this time it was outstanding! The new management and their approach made a noticeable difference. The service was the best I've ever had at Arby’s, and the French dip was both delicious and served hot. The crinkle fries were exactly how I like them—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and remained hot throughout my meal! The orange shake was my guilty pleasure for my "diet." Don't tell my doctor! I'll definitely be back for more!

I love Arby's, my fav are french dip and the burger sandwich. Too bad the one in Perris Moreno Valley closed permanently so I have to go all the way to Riverside.

The person at the drive-thru was incredibly friendly! Every time I visit, they provide excellent service. I will definitely keep returning for both the great food and outstanding service.

The staff here were incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent. The manager was training some new employees, which caused a slight delay in receiving our food, but that’s understandable in places with new hires. They were so kind, and they really made up for the wait by giving us a voucher. Honestly, the wait wasn’t long at all, and it’s great to see that they prioritize taking care of their customers. Thank you, Arby’s staff! My family and I had a wonderful experience here!
