Always leave with a smile. Management and employees are on the ball and don't mind having a good conversation without skipping a beat. Manager always working just as hard as everyone else.

Came in for a kahuna steak sub, and all the staff members were professional and respectful.

The music was way too loud. Normally not a problem.

Always super friendly and nice staff. They also are pretty quick even when they are slammed . Everything is always fresh and tastes delicious. So glad that we have a jersey mikes so close .

My family and I have never felt more unwelcome anywhere. Not that it really matters since we don’t frequent JM that often, but this really left and impression on me.
