El Pollo Loco - Riverside

Got a tostada salad through door dash with no shell and pico and they didn’t put any chicken on my salad. They wouldn’t give me a refund unless I went down to the store when I’m sick and that’s why I ordered it on door dash to start off with. So I payed for a salad with chicken and didn’t get any chicken and fees for the driver but was still told to go down to the store if I want my food the right way. The workers are very rude when I called in and didn’t even apologize.

I really appreciate all the workers that work here . Super friendly and nice and very respectful when they are taking the orders . 10 outta 10

They were short in personal, the bathroom no soap all the time to wash our hands, I’m been coming here for more the 10 years, the service today was terrible. No complains before.

The avocado burrito it was delicious the chicken it was juice and tender the service always great the churros fresh and hot my favorite place

I order the double shrimp tostada and it was delicious. I definitely have seen an improvement at this store and I will definitely be here again soon!
