Rosalba's Mexican - Ripon

I stopped by the truck stop about an hour before closing on a Saturday night. The staff seemed to be in a rush, but I could sense that they were nearing the end of their shift. It reminded me of home. I ordered a huge Michelada, and suddenly, the day felt much better.

We ventured over on a whim, and it was absolutely worth it. The food was fantastic, and the staff was very friendly, serving authentic Mexican cuisine at prices comparable to Denny's. The burrito was enormous! The short walk to get there was definitely worth it. On our way back to the truck, I treated myself to a vanilla ice cream, while my partner picked up some Starbucks on our way in. Overall, it was a lovely afternoon for our 34th celebration!

Your salsa is one-of-a-kind and absolutely delicious! Everything tasted homemade and was delightful. I ordered a combination plate that included a shredded beef hard taco and a shredded chicken and cheese enchilada. Both meats were tender and moist, perfectly pulled apart. The chef even packed the hard taco separately so it wouldn’t get soggy from the other items. I will definitely return!

Delicious! The Michelada was there! I have a Coctel de Camarones to go one day.. Service was great. The guy didn't forget. Packages of Tapatio, ketchup, crackers, lemons.the works. So I went back today and tried the menu item. Taste like at home. I'm a truck driver far from home, so it was a big deal to me.

Nice quite, Clean. Food is Okay. Personal is very friendly. Place is next to Starbucks Coffee. If you want have home made Mexican food this is place for you. Every order comes with free chips and salsa
