Gattererhutte Fane Alm

Excellent and fine canederli (knodel). The service is excellent. Both the seven 'canederli ' (knodel) and the shepherd 's 'maccheroni ' are fine and should be tasted. A good choice of wines and a good draft bier. What else?

We reached the Fane Alm from Valles. After almost 1hr walking we had lunch here. Very nice and quick service. The Canederli were very good. The staff was.very nice also with all our kids (2 families with a total of 5 kids). Very nice restaurant in a fantastic place!

Nothing, but it's worth it even if it's a bit far. the people and the landscape are deprived enough.

I used to like to visit the gatterer hütte and often even spend my lunch break there. I'm still getting back on occasions today. the new guide is friendly and competent, eating well, only the old flaitr from the past lacks.
