Middleham Fish Chips - Richmondshire

Wow, what a chippy! We come from Kent and stayed in Middleham for a week so had Fish Chips our first night after a long drive.Very friendly team, had a good chat whilst we were waiting. Incredibly fresh fish and the gravy is epic.A little gem in a beautiful village.

First visit at Middleham fish and chips. Definitely won’t be the last. Delicious fish and best sausage ever had from any chippy. A sausage about foot long and a proper meaty sausage like from a good butchers rather than your standard chippy little meat sausage. Husband very pleased with his portion of scraps as well.

Simply the best fish chips we have ever had. So good we had them twice in a week and the two ladies cooking and serving where fantastic. So much want to live there, but on the other hand I don't !!.

Friendly staff and beautifully cooked fish. Loads of chips too, all light and golden.We shall return here for take away on our next visit.

We went here for tea as we were stopping next door at The Richard 111 hotel and didn't fancy a proper tea. We weren't dissapointed they were delicious, two of us had fish and chips whilst our son had sausage and chips. The sausage was 1ft long! All in all very very good.
