Mcdonald's - Richmond Hill

During our family camping trip at Fort McAllister, we visited this McDonald's three times in the morning for coffee and breakfast items. Each visit was impressive, as the employees were some of the most punctual, polite, and professional I've encountered. Everyone was friendly, the service was quick and cheerful, and both the coffee and food were delicious. We only used the drive-thru, so I can't comment on the in-store dining experience, but I would definitely stop here again if we find ourselves in the area. Kudos to the staff for their excellent service!

Like all McDonald's locations, you know what to expect in terms of food. The Richmond Hill restaurant has been renovated, offering plenty of seating, ordering kiosks, and a Play Place for kids. Unlike many other McDonald's, this one understands that customers are respectful and allows you to order and enjoy your meal at your own pace. Kudos for that!

The location is fantastic and very convenient. However, the milkshake machine shuts down every night at 8:30 and doesn't operate again until the following day. I mentioned this to the manager and asked him to clean it every night at that time. He said that the machine was already being cleaned.

Fast service we ate inside that knew McDonalds decorated for Christmas in July.. lol it was nice to sit in.. gave 4 stars as the burgers were mild warm and cold cheese. Fries and chicken nuggets were pretty hot. Clean restaurant, but then it's another ghost town inside when it is. We used the kiosk for our order and it came super fast!!
