Contribuiți la feedbackI ordered the pad Thai, which I'm sure is the most common dish. The menu said it includes green onion, radish, tofu, and bean sprouts, but unfortunately I did not receive any of those ingredients, not even a lime wedge.
This restaurant is nothing special, but it's a good spot for a quick lunch. The food is satisfying, although not very exciting.
The large serving size of the meal was generous, enough for two people, although we were unable to finish all of it. The dish included noodles, rice, and three sides. Unfortunately, the food was not very appetizing. The rice was overcooked and mushy, the sweet and sour pork had become soggy from soaking in the sauce for too long, and the lemon pork was predominantly fat. The noodles were decent, and the basil chicken was crispy but lacked flavor. This restaurant is a good option if you're looking for a budget-friendly meal that will leave you feeling full. However, it may not be the best choice if you are hoping for an authentic Thai dining experience.
We tried 3 different dishes (pad Thai, General Chicken, shrimp fried rice). Other than noodle/rice, chicken/shrimp the taste was the same on all three no distinction.
It was close to lunch time and if I had lunch at the Dining Terrace I wouldn't have to source a parking space. Up the escalator I went and ended up with Pad Thai at the Thai Express. It's always fun watching your meal being prepared in front of your eyes. It took me a few minutes to find a free table, but all said it was an enjoyable lunch.
