How is it that people consistently rate this as having terrible service and it doesn’t get better?? 1 out of 10 times the order is correct. who told you having a multimedia menu was a good idea?!! sitting about to order, and the menu screen switches!! come on. a simple menu with good service can’t be that difficult!!!! start with the service as i know some corporate person in a little cubical saw that burger king has a flashing menu screen so macdonalds has to do the same… lame. go to in n out burger to compare they have a steady smooth flow of stoked customers getting fresh quality burgers from a simple consistent menu. easy.
