Contribuiți la feedbackTo be honest, I haven 't had anything from Jugo Juice in around 12 years, and I ordered an Açaí Smoothie with Vega protein in it yesterday. It was horrible. It tasted like theyd added around 6-7 scoops of sugar to the smoothie. So I took it back because I had paid over 9$ for it and asked for a replacement because we figured out that they added 'fruit juice ' to it. I put it in quotes because in my own opinion, what most people consider to be fruit juice is so polluted with either some form of sugar, or additives to preserve it, it 's not really anything healthy for you by then. Anyways they gave me a new one free of charge and gave me great customer service. The smoothie was terrible both before and after the juice was removed but they were super professional about it. My main point here is this; just because they say it 's Juice doesn 't necessarily mean that it is. We read and hear about 'products ' and run out to buy them when the food that really matters is the kind that can actually go bad if you left it out on the counter to spoil. That 's real food, not a packaged powder that came from 10,000 miles away.
Good staff! Always welcoming and smiling. No doubt for my smoothie, the consistency level is always the same and so does the taste.
Is it not common knowledge that BACON needs to be COOKED? Absolutely shocking that a franchise like jugo juice doesnt train their employees properly. All employees need to take a food safe course to learn the dangers of raw pork. Image below was a turkey bacon wrap, bacon was just wrapped like deli meat. Vile.. took a bite and nearly threw up.
About a month ago I gave an honest review about how the service was really bad at this Jugo Juice location. I was not going to ever go back there again but I decided to try again today with the hopes that the service may have gotten better. Today I went to the counter to order a lemon shot and a falafel for lunch. The Asian lady behind the counter was playing on her phone for what seems to be about a minute, while I waited for her to serve me, she looked up once then back down to her phone. I was kind of set back thinking, why doesn 't she want to help me? There was nobody in line and she was the only person working.I then said to her, I will come back later when your not busy . She replied, OKAY. She must have been really busy on phone with something more important than work?I walked away for a second time without a lemon shot and lunch.Until something changes at this location, I will NOT be going there anymore. I will also ensure none of my friends or family go to this location.I will buy my own juicer and make my own lemon shots at home.What a shame.
I come here frequently and today I had a pretty bad experience with one of the workers here. I asked for a drink in the large size and was immediately told they don’t have large size when on the menu it shows they do and right behind the medium sized cups are a stack of the large. I ask him about it and he says no. Only mediums. Fine whatever. I order the drink and then he charges me for large size smoothie. Which I complain about. He gives me back the difference. So d When my drink is ready he practically throws it on the counter spilling the contents. He doesn’t even let me know it’s mine or someone else’s. just leaves it there without saying anything. At which point I have to ask another girl that works there if this is mine.That girl. Super nice. This guy. Absolutely horrible not sure how and or why they hired someone so rude. Won’t be coming back at all.
