Contribuiți la feedbackI am from Hakata, Fukuoka, Japan, known for its famous Nagahama Ramen. I was hoping that the Hakata Ramen here would satisfy my cravings. The tonkotsu (pork bone) soup and noodles were okay. I finished everything, but it didn't compare to the Nagahama Ramen from my hometown. The chicken karaage was decent, especially with the tonkatsu sauce. Authentic Japanese karaage should be tasty enough to eat on its own, without the need for sauce. However, I appreciate the Hakata Japanese Ramen experience.
The ramen at this restaurant was pretty good and had the perfect al dente texture. The pork was very tasty, but the miso soup base was lackluster and generic. The service was good in this affordable dining establishment, with Cantonese TV shows playing on the screen. The demographic of the area was evident, even though this is supposed to be a Japanese restaurant. It's not a must-return spot, but it's a satisfying option for a meal.
The restaurant offers delicious ramen with a variety of toppings and chashu sets to choose from.
