Waited for my food for almost 40 minutes. Just bought fried squid with rice and a drink. I Asked them where my food is and they just ignored me. Would not buy from them again
The middle-aged female cashier and the man with glasses were super rude. Today, my wife ordered food through the mobile app and paid at the on-site self-service to pick up the order. After that, my wife informed me of the order number and went to work. Excessive use of yellow reusable bags rather than using the food trays. I wasn't asked if I wanted a bag. The food was excellent and the service was friendly. The waste sorting area was loaded with yellow bags destined for the landfill.
