We went there today May 7 and were very pleased with the service. Our server, who was very nice, explained that there might be a wait but it was no longer than any other restaurant we go to. The food came and it was nicely cooked and hot. I would recommend Boston Pizza at Ironwood
We arrived a little early and sat very fast. But things went very quickly. We waited 20 minutes for a server that offers us drinks. My husband complained to the server and said he would expect a discount on our bill... given the long waiting period. The manager came to our table and apologized for the delay, and also stated we would get a discount on our bill. Drinks finally arrived and we wanted to wait a few minutes before we order our meal. The server asked us 4 times if we were ready to order. We finally ordered, and as usual the food was very good. But no discount on our bill. I immediately complained in an email to Boston Pizza that we were not happy. The manager called me home and offered us a loan at our next visit. She sent the credit voucher by e-mail, and I was quite withdrawn that there was a deadline on the voucher before the 30. November 2022 must be used. Since this was just about 2 weeks away, I refused the credit because there was no possibility that we would go back there within 2 weeks.
We could get a table on the terrace. The waitress was attentive and ensured that all our needs were met. We enjoyed the food and drinks. Good family square.
We go to this industry once or twice a month, always good service and predictable food we count on. Today we thought the restaurant opened at 11 a.m., so it appeared at 11:50 just to find it open at noon. We were ready to leave when the door opened, and this lady invited us to come out of the cold. We said that would be nice and understood that the food service would not start for another 10 or 15 minutes, but would offer us a drink (tea for both of us). I would like to say that she took our order shortly after the afternoon. That was a fabulous offer, considering she didn't have to. I would like to say that the management did well to put Charmaine in a position to make their new, decisions like ', leave them away, or welcome them in, as customers '. She also made the right decision. Thank you, Charmaine. It was a nice lunch. My only negative comment would be to turn off the music; it was difficult to talk about the decibel level.
