Contribuiți la feedbackMy most favourite place to go for a quick hotpot services in a chilly day. Seafood and tofu is still my fav meal, plus point is they also provide kids meal for free Udon noodle in soup) without meats you can order extra meats for a fee. My son loves it too. Recommended!
Ive been coming to this place since 2019 and I have been coming back every since. They used to have this great chili oil without garlic prior to the lockdown in 2020 for quarantine. And then after the quarantine they removed the chili oil and replaced it with chilli garlic oil. 4 of the 5 extra seasonings here are garlic infused and I do not want that extra garlic in there. Why is there no option for just the chilli oil without the garlic? Also, there is no option to add more salt or spice unless you want to make your whole hotpot taste like garlic. I also have never been made to feel so crazy in my life when asking for more salt or soy sauce cause all they would do is point at the garlic soy paste or say “no we cant add salt or soy sauce”. If im paying for a meal outside I dont want to be made to sound crazy for asking for just little extra salt. Its ridiculous that I have to look unreasonable asking for regular chilli oil without garlic and SALT. And no no one gave me the salt or soy sauce. I ate a barely salty hotpot that day (and mind you I have a very low threshold for salt so a little tastes like alot and this hotpot had virtually no salt). Its ok to have less salt but not even being able to add more after its made?? Where is the table salt and pepper shaker and regular chilli oil? Every resteraunt has an option to add more salt but apparently they cant even spare a grain. Its really not much to ask for but they really made me seem like a crazy customer. Not helpful at all.
One of the servers had a horrible attitude. She wasn’t even the one serving my table. Let me start off by saying the TIP MACHINE starts off at 18%. I don’t give such high tips unless they go ABOVE and BEYOND. Not just filling water and turning off the stove. This is the BARE MINIMUM.So after finishing my meal, I head over the counter to pay. The server watches me attentively with the card machine. She sees that I went to press “other amount” and I put in 10%. She says aloud “****/oh my god” in Chinese, and walked away immediately with an attitude, and told the other server to take over her in order to give my receipt. As a frequent customer, I am NOT coming back here after this experience. The food was good, but the service really disappointed me today. Please teach your staff basic manners and not to expect us to pay you extra tips if you just did the bare minimum.
Great portions of food! I can barely finish my hot pot! I had the spicy beef hot pot with mild spicy, it was perfect for me and it was delicious! There's free drinks if you go for lunch, drink's kinda soso, but the hot pot is really good!
We came on a weekday to a small wait around 10 minutes. It was a hot day so I suppose not as many people would be interested in eating hotpot. We ordered a hotpot each and flavour was consistent as before, but we noticed that portion seemed smaller (e.g. mainly cabbage, smaller corn, etc. . Service was mediocre and a tad hard to communicate with some of the staff, but they were mostly polite. We were given the wrong bill and ended up paying extra. The staff notified us but did not know how to process a refund. We were okay with paying the extra instead of waiting for them to figure out their credit card machine. We also wanted to buy some take home sauces, which apparently they don't sell anymore. So we wanted to get a small condiment container to take some to go since we had to get a container to pack up some leftover food. They only gave us a container for our food, but told us to put the sauce in that same container if we wanted to take some. So... they gave us the wrong bill and charged us extra, but wouldn't give us one of those small condiment containers to pack up a little bit of sauce for our leftovers. I'm not sure how much a small little condiment container of sauce costs, but talk about customer service eh
