Domino's Pizza - Richlands

I opted for contactless delivery this time and instructed them to place my food by the door. When I went to pick it up and got back to my room to eat, I discovered that my pizza was all pushed to one side and flipped upside down in the box. I’m really not happy with this experience at all. Next time, I'll be sure to call and voice my complaints. The driver’s name was Angel.

This was the worst service for a delivery, that after an hour waiting, I called the store in Richlands NC to inquire as to my delivery. I was told the order was for pickup which it was not. So the management said I could reorder and pay again. I willcancel the trans action via my bank.

I should have written a review about this incredible team a long time ago! They are always quick and get my orders just right, never missing anything. During the lockdowns, this crew kept up their amazing work, even during the busiest times. Personally, they have gone above and beyond with deliveries! I mentioned that my dogs can be quite noisy, and somehow they always manage to deliver my order without my dogs even noticing. The fact that they care enough not only to deliver perfectly made food but also to accommodate my silly request is truly impressive. This isn't just another Domino's; these folks are on a whole new level of excellence! Thank you to all the wonderful people working here—you truly make a difference!

If they had a way to delete old addresses or payment methods, I would have given them a five-star review.

My husband and I pretty much own stock in this location at this point due to the amount of times we've ordered take-out from here. XD We've never had any major issues from the service (I think we may have received the wrong form of cheesy bread one timeout of, like, 25+ visits? , and the pizza and stuffed cheesy bread are always hot, fresh, and delicious. I just wish thislocation was closer to home so we would qualify for delivery!
