Taco Bell - Richlands

When I asked at the window to add a drink to my order, the woman working there insisted that I had to drive around and get back in line. She said, "I'm not sure if we're doing add-ons right now." It seemed a bit ridiculous, considering they wouldn't have had to prepare a lot of extra food.

Additionally, I've noticed that this location is quite dirty, which has led me to avoid dining there myself. As a customer, I've consistently received incorrect orders—there's always something missing, whether it's a big item or something small. Often, the burritos are cold on the inside, and the overall presentation of the food tends to be unappetizing. I've also encountered poorly cooked beans, which creates a bit of a mess.

Everything was fantastic! They accidentally forgot to include my three packs of Diablo sauce, but overall, everything was very good. I changed my rating to 5 stars because on my second visit, I did receive my Diablo sauce! Thank you!

Typically pretty dirty, but I don't think they've gotten my order wrong one yet. It's a taco bell you know what to expect. I for one can't resist this place for some reason.
