Smoothie Factory - Richardson

I made an order online when I arrived to the location it was closed I’ve emailed thru their website called the number on the email receipt and no one answers I drove 10 min to this location because I really like their smoothies. Im extremely disappointed and still trying to figure out how to get my money back. This terrible customer service. Safe to say I won’t be coming here anymore.

I’m a local customer of the shopping area where the smoothie factory is located and I’m happy to support local businesses. However today y’all lost me and my family of customers.Tried again for the second time today, first time the smoothie was good the service was horrible but I decided to try again since it was an older lady and maybe she was having a hard time completely understandable.Today we entered the store nobody greeted us nor even looked at our eyes while we were ordering from the menu . When asked about the watermelon festival poster we barely understood what she said due to the attitude and under the tone explanation.Perfect example where the product is good but the service pushes you away.

I visited this place a few weeks ago. Loved their smoothies, however I really liked the fact they have an opinion to order assorted fruit boutique and have it delivered. ? A plus for me!!!
