If you place an order with these guys make sure you keep up with it if not they will just make it when you get there. Servers are helpful but management is TERRIBLE. They will talk bad about you under their breath

Please come to Seattle! The Dallas area is so lucky to have one of these in their community. Bigdash is an amazing community space with delicious pastries and drinks. Not to mention a warm, family friendly environment that is open late! Freshly made knafah is unbeatable! Teas and other pastries are also pretty good. Overall, the environment and atmosphere are the biggest attraction. We need more places like this.

The customer service in this store is terrible, I have previously gone to eat the ice cream but I have never had to be attended by a rude employee, I want to think that she is new at her job. I have never seen her in the times I have gone to the store She has brown skin, wears glasses, is tall, has a nose piercing, is very ruthless, I don't feel like going back to bigdash anymore, with employees like that, they lose customers like me.

The display of cakes and pastries is ready for you to explore. As soon as you walk through the door, you're greeted by a red carpet and a friendly young man behind the counter. He was incredibly helpful, explaining the ice cream-making process and suggesting delicious items to try. Fantastic service and sweets await you here!
