Starbucks - Rialto

Despite the long line early in the morning, the barista was very friendly, and the drinks were made perfectly for that chilly morning.

The staff is extremely friendly. Two people welcomed me at the drive-thru window, and they're always so kind during my visits. My coffee was fantastic!

This location really needs improvement. I placed a mobile order for two caramel Frappuccinos along with some other drinks. When I arrived, which was later than the estimated time, my drinks weren’t ready, and they were out of whipped cream. This should have been mentioned in the app, as I wouldn’t have ordered from there if I had known. I wanted to treat my family to some delicious drinks, but instead, we received beverages that looked unappetizing. There was no whipped cream and only a small amount of caramel. I didn’t get what I paid for; it feels like this place is shortchanging its customers.

I love food and The drinks then smooth the ice drink and coffee love it

20+ minutes for ONE regular caramel macchiato. Nothing special. What?s the point of mobile order for it to not be done in 4-7 minutes.
