Contribuiți la feedbackWe went to Hannesarholt for brunch on a Sunday and I'm so glad we did! It truly is a gem in Reykjavik. It was such a treat to enjoy a vegan meal in a historical site. The house has been nicely restored and you can tour it free of charge. The dining area is bright. The food was delicious! Beautiful colours, tastes and variety of items on the plate. We left full and very satisfied! The service was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend it!
Came with my partner when they were opened at 11:30 on Sunday. on Saturdays and Sundays they have a set brunch menu, with the choice of a vegan or nonvegan option. even if there is only one option, they get so many things on them! a bowl of fruit, pagan pancakes, a veggie hasch (mine had carrots, carrots and brokkoli in it), a tofu with some aubergine bacon on the top, something hummus, a few unclouds of a smooth carrot, and a piece of vegan cheese. (all was tasty, but I could eat a bowl full of the wobbles I felt full, but not overly filled. we were served before broth and butter, and I would say that I would eat bread and save it for her hummus! I have eaten my hummus with a fork because it was soou good, but it would have been nice to have a vehicle to spread it. otherwise, fantastic meal! at about $25.
Had vegan brunch and nabeby the regular brunch. both were delicious and well done. we were offered the 11 min documentary film to observe the history of the person who built the house. it's interesting. the house has a lot of culture and character. there are also vegan desserts. the personal is super friendly.
I had the vegan brunch on Saturday. it was totally amazing! the place is cozy and the personal nice. it wasn't full at all. I think that should be because it was so good. it is quite expensive, but it is worth it!
