Well this place is special, seen it while googling , we weren't sure if it was an Haitian Cafe but above all an Icelandic Cafe with the taste , Sweetness and passion of Haiti. The owner is one of the best person I've met over there, that breakfast was to die for. This is definitely a place to visit for a good authentic Haitian Coffee grounded on site with it's aroma.
We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance on our first day in Reykjavik while looking for breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Caribbean coffee place in the heart of Iceland. The music, decor, warmth of the restaurant, and the owner's flowery shirt all added to the charming atmosphere. We enjoyed coffee with the famous Skyr bread and an omelette. The restaurant is located in one of the old wooden buildings facing the sea, adding to the authentic fishing village feel of the city.
