Cooper's Hawk Winery Reston

This is a winery that serves amazing food. If you are a wine lover, you can do a wine tasting to see which you like best before or after your meal (I suggest before). When you eat, there are plenty of appetizers and meals to choose from. Every meal I have had has been delicious. And the drinks are good as well. I ordered a margarita (usually go for one of the sangrias) and I was pleasantly shocked that it was a full, tall glass unlike other restaurants. Definitely suggest trying them out and asking about their membership if you are a wine drinker.

Out of all the times I’ve been to Cooper’s Hawk, Charles H at the Reston location went above and beyond and was amazing. He was personable, patient, and knowledgeable with my party for our wine tasting. I lost count of how many times we laughed. He was attentive to my party and other guests, and even when it was super crowded, he still gave my party and other guests his attention. I’ve been to so many wine tastings across northern VA, and Charles H did one of the best jobs I’ve ever experienced.

Excellent wine selection, really enjoyed the petite syrah. And they brought back the calamari. The pretzel bread of course is amazing.

A perfect spot for an afternoon lunch. It was very quiet and peaceful.

This restaurant treats it's kitchen staff horribly! For example, they have yet to fix the air conditioning so that the workers can do their job without risk of getting a heat stroke or worse! One worker in particular got written up for having to use the bathroom because he had to drink cool water to keep from getting overheated. There are scheduling issues and other things, but I can't support an establishment that treats their staff in such a cruel way.
