Cooper’s Hawk Winery Restaurants

Wow, the service and food at this restaurant are incredible! I opted for a light crab and lobster soup along with a salad since I was still full from lunch, and it was absolutely delicious—totally worth every penny! I can't remember what my wife ordered, but it was delightful as well! Five stars!

We made a reservation and received an immediate confirmation. If you don't have an EasyPass and intend to bypass Route 123, be ready for possible toll fees. When we arrived, the parking was somewhat limited, but it was conveniently situated. The service was outstanding and very attentive! The food was served hot, fresh, and delicious, and it came out quickly. The atmosphere was laid-back and quite comfortable. I highly recommend this restaurant for dining out and special occasions.

I've now visited this location twice, and I was not disappointed at all. The service is consistently excellent, and the food is fantastic. However, the wine tasting experience was a little different—possibly because of the large crowd. The staff would pour the wine and then quickly move on. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars.

Friday lunch. We had reservations and they were ready for us. No wait to be seated. Extensive menu is available on line to preview and I suggest you do so. Server was prompt and friendly. Winery was crowded by then. Orders taken promptly. Drinks and pretzel roll bread arrived. The noise level is very high; 80+Db made conversation tough. The food was excellent. Fresh, hot, tasty. Presentation was pleasing. The server and manager checked on us through the meal. Two of our group had a glass of the month's special wine. Quite good but pricey. Cooper's is as much a winery as an eatery. Not really a Cooper's issue but parking was a real challenge, especially on a cold rainy day. This area is filled with eateries and street/lot parking fill up quickly. There are several parking garages but finding them and finding your way to the eatery you selected will be a challenge. So don't be surprised. Our group enjoyed our meal and experience. The nuisance issues weren't really Cooper's issues to fix.

If you?re in town, this should be point of interest. This place was suggested to me by colleagues and I?m glad we went. I was told that this place can get busy but when we got there it wasn?t much more than 10mins to be seated. A wide variety of seating (inside/outside, low/high tables). There is a wine tasting area as you come in and a large selection of their own wine. You do have the option to wine taste at your table. I tried the ?white wine flight? I ended up purchasing a moscato. The food and overall ambiance is relaxing. This place is well put together, I felt welcomed, and we will return. Our server was Sarah and she did everything right! Every dish served was flavorful and satisfying. Well done!
