Subway - Renfrew

Through. super friendly staff. had no cheap hits. everything was fresh. one of the much better subways I had.

While the store is clean and the staff are efficient, they are also extremely rude. They greated us by saying ya want do you want They had no patience when i was helping my children ask for what they wanted on thier sandwiches. And when on child switched from sandwich to wrap, BEFORE anything was put on it the employee got mad at me saying what you not want this, well what do you want then and rolled thier eyes at us. Then they tossed our order at us and said you don't need a bag (we had 5 subs) to which I said yes we do please. The employee rolled thier eyes again and said fine,I guess.

The staff here are what make this store. They make as good a sandwich as you can get at Subway. :)I lost my wallet the other day and one of them checked the parking lot for me. Absolutely awesome folks.

Thank you to Sona and her colleagues for the wonderful service they provided us! We had left our backpack at our table by accident (and had personal, prized items inside), and didn't realize it until we got home in Ottawa. Upon calling the restaurant, Sona (who had served us our food during our visit) reassured me that she had found our bag adter we left and already put it aside safely for us. My kids and I were so relieved and happy! We got it back and really appreciated Sona for her help and same with her colleagues who also ensured our belongings were safe. Thank you again! We had a great dinein experience and I highly recommend this restaurant and their kind, honest staff! Cheers

We always stop on Friday night to get our subs. Great service.
