Xiǎo Guō ér Lil' Pot

We came here for lunch today and it was wonderful! Definitely try the cold teas that they serve.There is a wide selection of broths, sliced meats and fish, vegetables, and dim sum. I am a picky eater and I found lots to enjoy.The staff are very friendly and will explain how to do everything.It is not an inexpensive lunch $39.99 per person) but it's well worth it!

Got dinner with my girlfriend here, we were seated immediately. The food options that are foreigner-friendly are limited(doesn't affect the rating) but there's enough to get by.The customer service is what tanked the rating here. Our waitress checked on us once within the entire 2 hours we were here. Three times I had to take the order slip and walk around the restaurant looking for her to put our order in. She didn't tell us how/where to get drinks, she brought us food we didn't order multiple times whilst not bringing us some of the options we did select. We placed one last order and received an incorrect dish, after hunting down the waitress to let her know, she was insistent it was the correct dish. Apparently on the order slip, the dish we circled had small Chinese writing under it that was also included in our circle. She assumed we wanted the dish that was in Chinese writing rather than the other option that was in big bold English. My girlfriend and I are visibly clearly not Asian. Her misunderstanding here wasn't the issue, it was the fact that she insisted we were in the wrong for circling too big.Overall the food was good, this could've been a 4/5 star place. However the customer service was beyond terrible it felt like the waitress was playing hide and seek with me. I just wanted to order more food.

Ayce hot pot with a wagyu ayce option. Ingredients are fresh every time I come. Has many different option for food and soup choices. Really love the taro ice cream.

This place literally has one of the best broths (soup bases) for hot pot. You could tell it was boiled with real bone instead of powders. We also appreciated the variety a lot, we got the tomato broth and their daily special one (bone tea), both delicious.For services, I personally really enjoyed the self-serve style and the free drinks was the best part! I only wish they'd offer seafood soy sauce as one of the dipping sauces as it's my favorite.Food was overall good although I didn't really like their meatball and noodles, I tried a few meatballs and they were not very tasty, noodle was dried but not fresh. Also the washroom was gross therefore 3 stars for atmosphere.

The staff is amazing and great to talk to. The owner really puts her heart and soul into the business and it shows! Easily the highest grades of meat at any hot pot I've been to and it's all for very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place to anyone reading this review.
