Instead they put a robotic scanner outside the drive through that is so far away that you have to physically get out of your vehicle to reach. Stupid design and needs to be removed and go back to the way it was before where the worker scans your rewards at the window…
The food is good if you in a hurry and if you into coffee or tea! Tim's on Parliament Avenue is a little convoluted to get to but always clean, food is good and reasonable and servers are courteous and caring.

Lineups in drive thru are usually long, especially during rush hour. The lines go slowly too. Coffee isn't always too great either. Staff is super friendly tho, always smiling. There is a feeling of family too, at most times.
