Abstractions Cafe - Regina

A beautiful freendly spot with an interesting selection of dressed and cake, many with a middle east turn. looks like there's live music from time to time. not so many obvious vegan dishes, but numerous vegetarian, to choose from.

I'm absolutely addicted to her vegan falafel wrap with a side lentil soup. Other popular veg options include their veg chili, fattoush salads and coffee. they also have a frequent customer card.

This is one of my favorite places in regina! eating is always so good. they love their chicken slaughter and the Spinat salad with the heavenly vinaiigrette! the owner is also the sweetest, always has a smile on the face. the place is very friendly and welcoming. highly recommended

Absolutely irritating caffe. our group ordered a selection of hot drinks, packings and focaccia sandwiches along with their lens soup and all of speisen/drinks were delicious. the service was fast and very friendly. I would highly recommend this jewel.

Very delicious! I would recommend trying out the washing arabic brunch: fateh, foul and cake is a great combo! the two owners are very nice and the service is excellent, I recommend to check this jewel in the city
