Contribuiți la feedbackSkip the dishes delivered our meal and when we got it we realized that they had missed a drink and a cookie. i called the Avonhurst Subway and the woman i spoke to first was not helpful at all. i am sure she wasnt even talking to me and then hung up on me. after 17 call backs i finally got another guy and he said we needed to get a hold of the skip driver as he would still have our drink and cookie. i tried to expalin to the guy that if you sent the drink and the cookie it would have been in the bag with the subs. he said it is not their problem and then put the phone down and it appeared that he just went back to working and ignored the phone call. ABSOLUTE worst customer service. if i could have rated them a minus i would have. Skip the dishes was kind enough to refund.
Closed before the time as time shown online is 9:00 and they already closed it and i was at 8:50. Thats not fair.
Food poisoning omfgAug 28th 2021....I find this location to be horrible. The guy who made my sandwich, brutally, mutilated it! He didn't put enough mayo on it and wrapped it up with half the contents not even in my sandwich! I told him that I would reorganize it at home. I added mayo when I got home....so much for SUBWAY YOUR WAY, according to their motto. I don't know why they hire people who can't make a sandwich. Such a disgrace ?. He needs to go back to sandwich school to be re-trained, so pathetic.I also read some of the past reviews in regards of a woman buying a homeless man lunch and this location refused service to them both! Which is an absolute disgrace. Shame on this location!
Terrible staff! Had to correct them 3 times on the type of sub and twice on the type of bread. can’t communicate properly with customers. Customers infront of my in line gave up and walked out because they were being billed wrong and staff didn’t understand. Will drive out of my way for lunch to avoid this place going forward…

The people in front of me gave up and just left without their food at the cash register because they wouldn’t honour the coupons. Don’t know if it was a language understanding or just not paying attention, but either way I will drive past to go somewhere else next time.
