Contribuiți la feedbackThe service was below expectations from the very start. Our server seemed inexperienced and lacked proper support. The side salad came without dressing, and there were spilled drinks as well as some broken glass. Although I was offered a complimentary dessert for the inconvenience, we decided to decline it. I also received a 15% discount coupon for my next visit, but I don’t think I’ll use it; I won’t be returning.
I had an overall excellent dining experience, but there were some drawbacks. The server seemed inexperienced, and the digital menu was frustrating to use. We had to request menus, cutlery, and napkins ourselves. Additionally, there was a loud and disruptive special event happening, although the staff did inquire if we wanted the volume lowered. Despite these issues, it was still a memorable dining experience, though I probably won’t return.
This restaurant has rapidly gone downhill, and not in a good way. I used to really enjoy coming here, but my last visit changed that for me. Unfortunately, it will be my last visit overall. I sincerely hope they can get their act together, stop blaming customers for their orders, and learn how to apologize appropriately when issues arise. And just to clarify, a discount doesn’t fix a problem! Food poisoning is a serious matter.
We went in sunday evening , it was not busy at all . There were only 2/3 tables but we had to wait around 15 mins to be seated and the water came in after another 20 mins . We finally ordered . I ordered the steak sandwich and wanted the steak to be done medium . The steak was over cooked . It was over well done and chewy. After i let my waitress know about the cook on the steak , she refused to accept the fact that its well done and not medium . I then showed her that they steak was very stiff and had no pink in it . She then told be that she is the owner of the place and they have the best steak and its cannot be wrongly cooked . SERIOUSLY? I dont know if i looked dumb enough to give her the impression that i dont have knowledge about steaks . She then ran back to kitchen and came back saying that i steak might have sat under the heat lamp for long. IS THIS EVEN MY PROBLEM? to make it right she offered me 20% off of my steak . I have been to many restaurants before but this was a worst experience for me . I am never retuning back . Very unprofessional . She also told me that she doesn’t prefer hiring any brown server because they can not bring enough tips . Thats RACIST. Being the owner doesn’t give a person the privilage to treat others disrespectfully , especially a paying customer . Very disappointing experience .
Not a great experience at all tonight. Service by all was horribly inattentive, drinks and food were good when we got them. Charged a dollar for dip that is to be supposedly included with wings. Asked for a menu, oh we’ve gone digital. Ordered a dip and chips from the digital menu oh we’ve discontinued that. So maybe an update is in order? Food eaten, 2nd drink served, asked if we were ready for our bill. Yes definitely, time to leave this circus. Too bad, we try to support the establishments in our neighborhood, won’t likely be back
