New York Fries - Regina

Average food court food but a great place for us to try poutine. No line, no waiting and reasonably priced. The employee was very friendly and explained the different choices of poutine available.

I just needed a little something to tide me over until dinner, so I decided to stop at New York Fries in the Cornwall Centre. I ordered the small fries and was pleased to see that they were freshly cooked and piping hot. The portion size was satisfying, and the fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Overall, a tasty and satisfying snack.

This poutine was the most disappointing dish I've ever had. I should have been skeptical when they described the gravy as vegetarian. It lacked flavor and portion size, topped with small pieces of cheese curds. Save your money and skip this disappointing snack.

Well this location is pretty much the same as the rest. Obviously same menu, etc. so there's not a whole lot to say. I got a regular poutine and a pop. I always ask for it extra crispy because I like my fries a bit...more crispy. The amount of curds and gravy I would say was standard. Good stuff but like I said in the headline it's nothing extraordinary.

New York Fries are one of the best. The poutines are great and the price is reasonable for the portions you receive. The braised beef poutine is to die for!
