Montana's - Regina

Surprisingly good food! we are still to visit and have a dune-in, but was super impressed even by the house delivery. the bark rib (they call it honkin' beef rib we ordered was massiw and so tender! damn it is now one of my top favorites! highly recommended!

Our server was great, food was good, but the rest of the experience was terrible. Our food was so slow to come out. People around us were getting refills on their all you can eat ribs and we hadn't gotten our first order yet. They never did bring the fries we ordered for my daughter. The women's bathroom was closed and there was no change table in the men's bathroom so we had to go change my other daughter in the car!

Nice atmosphere, great if you have kids, table cloth is paper and they provide Crayons to draw or doodle. However was not impressed with the food. Pictures on Menu look good, too bad the food wasn't.

Have stopped at this location many times!! This time was a bit different and a few things were noted!! Upon entering was greeted by the hostesses. She was about to seat us but we had requested a booth. It was not busy yet there were many tables that had not been cleaned off from previous customers. We waited a few moments as our hostesses cleaned a booth for us. She returned to us to seat us. The booth that was cleaned for us was slapped together as per cleaning!!! No cutlery was put on our table. There was food from the previous customer left on the seat of the booth in which I wiped off onto the floor. We waited a good 20 to 25 minutes with waitresses buzzing by our table not attending us what so ever!!! It wasn't until my wife made attention to 1 of the managers that we received service!!! The question that was asked to the manager was why are customers that came in after us being served and we are not including taking a simple drink order down??? This manager was extremely apologetic and told us that our waitresses was new and only just had started about 5 days prior. She took our drink order and we waited till the waitress came to take our order which was not long at this point. As we awaited our meals to come I used the rest room. That was a nightmare and a half as well. It looked like the Mens rest room had not been attended in some time!!! 1 paper towel dispenser was broken and the other had no paper towel in the unit. Also there was a spray bottle of some cleaning chemical left underneath the sink with out a proper SDS label. I would be extremely nervous myself had a child got into this bottle which was green in color. As I said in my opening comment things were a bit different this time around. I did approach a waiter to let him know about the paper towel dispenser and he indicated her would address the issue. I would recommend that new staff tail along with full time staff for a few weeks until they are comfortable being by themselves!!!

We usually enjoy Montana’s but we waited half an hour for our drinks. We also placed our food order at the same time as our beverage order and not only did that take another half an hour to come out but the steak was over cooked and everything was room temperature. We would’ve let our server know but he didn’t check on us once so we weren’t able to get a refill let alone tell him we weren’t happy with the food. When we managed to get his attention and tell him we weren’t happy with our service all he said was “oh” so we got the bill and left.
