The lady working behind the counter (Fatima? was extremely rude because she couldn’t find our order that we had already paid for through the skip app. I showed her the receipt then She ignored me and wouldn’t get anyone to help her with our “missing” order. The place was packed and people behind were pissed asking if they could order so she proceeded to help others before getting to the bottom of our situation. Luckily a skip the dishes driver walked in and I asked him how this could happen and the lady still stood by her “skip the dishes only does delivery” and he said “no there’s a pick up option and looked at her ipad, went into a different tab and low and behold there was our ORDER! Ready to be picked up over an hour ago. She goes “well I didn’t know you could do pick up through skip” and proceeds to get other peoples orders. So I asked “soooo is ours ready?” And a few minutes go by and she grabs our order that has been sitting in the warmer behind her this entire time!!!!!! By that time our stuffed crust pizzas weren’t melted cheese and everything else was warm at best. If that skip driver hadn’t walked in we would have been out $60 and no food. All because this employee was too proud to ask another employee if they knew how to find our order.No apologies let alone a desert or dip, nothing. Hopefully she learned something tonight. What ever happened to “the customer is always right” ? even with the receipt!!!! ??
Nothing wrong but it is always too crowded. It deserves a bigger and more customer friendly atmosphere.
Little Caesars is ok. Nothing fancy. The deep dish is very filling. Consistent pizza.
