Good Earth Coffeehouse Hill Tower

The service was incredibly poor, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. On one visit, I ordered a burger that didn't taste good, and when I asked for a napkin, the staff told me that napkins were expensive and they only provided one. What?! On another occasion, I bought a simple 340ml apple juice for $4.66. Are you kidding me? I could have purchased a 1.5L juice for that price! They justified the high cost by saying it was due to their location, but that doesn’t seem like an ethical business practice to me.

I've noticed a cockroach every time I've visited. I urge you to address this issue.

I ordered a drink and requested it without ice. The staff member simply said yes and didn’t provide any further information. When my drink arrived, it was only half full because the other half was ice. I realized that’s what I had asked for, so I let it go. I then asked if they could fill the cup with water. The lady went to the fridge, poured in some water from a nearly empty bottle, and didn’t even bother to open a new one to fill my cup completely (it only got about 3/4 full). To make matters worse, I even included a tip when I paid.

Downtown on a Wednesday afternoon and gave Good Earth a try. Will never return. The server seemed disinterested in working. Then when I had an iced chai latte it tasted mostly like milk. In fact, it was almost completely white. There was no chai or spice flavour at all. If I wanted a glass of milk, which i never would, I would have bought an entire 4 litre jug of milk for less money than I paid for the lousy iced chai latte aka cup of milk.

Today I was there.The chicken salad was given to me without any sauces. When I opened it I was wandering why. But sales person just told 'sorry, we don 't have any '. So I ate just raw weeds with meat instead of salad. Very disappointed such poor service in downtown. Won 't recommend this place.
