Fatburger Golden Mile - Regina

Came to Fat Burger tonight for supper. It was not clean and the person taking our order came out from behind the plastic barrier the entire time we placed our orders. The drink dispenser machine straw dispenser were very dirty. The bathroom was unclean the soap in the women’s restroom was clearly running out and they added a bunch of water to it so it was watered down soap. There was also no hand sanitizer anywhere. Floors were a mess. As seen in the photo, my bun was served burnt. There was a bug in the vinegar. Even in non-COVID times this is all unacceptable. Enjoy at your own risk.

My granddaughter and I went to Fat Burger for supper last night. That was the best burger I have had in a very long time. My granddaughter's chicken tender poutine was also delicious. The fries are awesome. Also very friendly and polite staff. Can't wait to go back.

More brutal burger when I asked for cheese, never got to be forced to typing because I paid by debit, which is even more brutal! they stay away as they think they need to tap the tip if they didn't even try the burger. terrible service the female at the till was extremely rude! the only nice person was the man who gave me my burger. never again. gold mile fat burger needs an extreme makeover

In the night of the 28th we came through the jump to get some wings here. I got my best and went home. there was a problem with the order. the dame at the switch (hardeep was very understanding and apologised for the error. I listened to my problem and went ahead and found what I wanted. great customer service experience and eating was also good. will come back if I want a few wings!

The inside was clean. The staff were very kind, and they take a good look at what customers need. They also follow the COVID regulations properly. The table is also keeping clean.
