Contribuiți la feedbackHorrible experience. I usually go and dine it but today was my birthday and I was very tired so I decided to just order off of DoorDash and eat at home. I order the fettuccine Alfredo and added Cajun prawns for $7, in total I paid a little over $30 without the delivery fee. First, it took the restaurant over 40 minutes to prepare my order and give it to my dasher who was waiting for a while. I received what I would consider a kids meal with three pieces of shrimp only and too little pasta. When I took a bite the pasta was not even Al dente and it was too undercooked to be eaten and there was barely any Cajun seasoning on the shrimp. Paying $30 for a small portion of food, 3 pieces of shrimp and undercooked pasta is unacceptable. Do better earls.
Food excellent, service good, atmosphere too noisy, entire time had to listen to 3 rich ole ladies by the car they drove there) yap loudly enough i couldnt hear my wife 2 feet away. Open concept will be noisy. Will return as the pulled chicken clubhouse was fantastic!
Earls anywhere are usually pretty standard but our experience in Regina recently was disappointing. We booked the lounge but were sat in a poor location near the kitchen, so then only offered the dining area. The booth was small for 4 people and unappealing. The Seven Terrace wine is on tap so when the glass I was served was off, both in taste and smell, I was told it was just warm....(I drink a lot of wine and often warm...I'm familiar with this wine)...they can't offer another sauvignon blanc because they only offer the one selection by the glass. It just then sets the tone for the rest of the evening and it was just meh. The food was ok. There server was sweet. The experience versus the $280 bill was not worth it.PS 3 days later we ate at Earls in Medicine Hat and the experience was excellent....and the Seven Terrace sauvignon blanc was also ? and delicious.
The atmosphere is nice, we sat outside on the patio. They didn't have my OpenTable reservation in their system but quickly seated us wherever we wanted. I showed them the confirmation email I had from OpenTable. When seated our table and other tables in the patio area all had crumbs on them. The server didn't offer to clean it, I had to ask for it to be cleaned. The food wasn't anything special. My sister has the ribeye steak and I had a burger. The burger had no seasoning on it and was bland. The bun was good. The fries were too crispy and hard. The steak and mashed potato was just ok. The dynamite roll was the best dish we had there. I'd recommend that. The service was ok but the for price of food and tip, it can be better. Overall I don't think I'd be back maybe for appy hour with friends.
So many choices on the menu looked so good, settled on the burger with xtra fried mushrooms.... OMG was it good.Staff were friendly and efficient, topping up drinks, and serving clearing plates...Highly recommend for a good overall xperiance.
