We had a great time at 1408. They give priority to taste and quality, all very very good! Cut to the super porcini!

We went back a month away with the fork because the prices without discount are really high with hope, since the food is not bad, that things had changed instead we found even more problems. As soon as we enter we are told that the fillet and truffle is missing (then we have to opt for the pizza since their strong dish is the fillet . Since I read in other previous posts the same things would no longer be appropriate to remove from the menu these missing dishes in order to avoid figurative ones? Plus at the end of dinner same problem of the pos not working as last time (mystery that the pos does not work for a month and more and without making us miss anything the coffee machine broken!!!! Situation extremely to review!!! I recommend it only if the prices are lowered (113 euros for 4 pizzas 4 starters 2 beers 2 sweets and these organizational problems are resolved otherwise I would never recommend it.

We were not optimistic for this new pizzeria in the middle of several others in a tightness with few places for cars, but the special offers of pizzas convinces and in the end the great parking a few steps facilitate the enjoyment of a pleasant experience.

We stayed tonight at dinner. Plenty appetizers, excellent quality products, pizza(one of the best we ate) stellar!! The owner and staff are kind and handy. We had a great time and we will definitely come back! I'll give you that!

My girlfriend and I booked on The Fork at 20:30 thanks to an inviting 30% discount; the room, a stone's throw from the church of Cascia, is small but full and the waitresss immediately made us sit at the table, but from there on things didn't go too well. Complicated the absence of a waiter with the present one who had to manage the whole room, we waited almost half an hour only to order, and when we could do it we had a bad surprise: me and my girlfriend had in fact chosen a burger of chianina with egg and black truffle scales and a cut of beef, but before we could order the waitresss told us that truffle and cut were finished, Feeling to say that two dishes were finished at 21:10 he left us frankly puzzled, especially calculating that they were among the main dishes, since the truffle was present not only in the flesh but also in various first and in various pizzas. At that point we took another couple of minutes to decide between the pizzas available and we opted for two with full dough, but again before we could say which pizza we wanted the waitresss told us that there was only one kind of dough: two on two, not even to do it on purpose. However, we ordered two pizzas and cuddles as a starter: for the crocodiles, which are also a dish of raw food and that were good even if not too abundant, we had to wait almost for for forty minutes, during which the waitresss (honestly a bit in confusion) did not bring us neither bread nor oil, so much so that the bread we had to ask and oil took it from a nearby table not yet shot away from customers. For the pizzas in total we had to wait an hour and a half, which is unpleasant especially if in the meantime the room was emptying almost entirely, which makes it difficult to understand such delay or to bring it back only in the presence of one waitresss in the whole room. The pizzas then, which we started to eat when in addition to us remained only two pairs now at the end of the meal, without infamy and without praise: my burrata, salmon and rocket had decidedly too rough and too little salmon calculated even how big it was, and neither the burrata nor the buffalo of the pizza of my girlfriend were unforgettable; we did not finish them and there were enough left on the stomach, not exactly the maximum. The dessert of course we avoided taking it. The staff, probably family-run, seemed quite confused even if we were pleased that they came in three to apologize repeatedly for the wait, to ask if everything was okay and to let us know if something had gone wrong (which then caught us almost always with the mouth mouth mouth is another story) and offer us something to drink at the end of the meal. Kindness, however not enough to draw confusion and delay, always pleases; sin that at the end of the accounts was practically the only thing to save last night.
