Wendy's - Redlands

The burger is honestly really good : good taste not greasy or oily feeling its a fresh light feeling good tasting burger, Good overall just wish it was a bit bigger.

I didn't receive three items that I ordered: two Frostys and an order of fries. The delivery person mentioned that the restaurant wouldn't provide them.

The Spicy Chicken Sandwich is fantastic and definitely one of the highlights, but unfortunately, it was missing from my order from this Wendy's. I had to reach out for support to get a refund, which was quite a hassle, especially since I was really looking forward to the sandwich. The Double Stack Biggie Bag offers great value for the price, but my fries were soggy and of poor quality. The double stack nuggets met expectations, and the Frosty was delicious. However, my order was also missing any sauces, and the food was squished at the bottom of the bag. Overall, these issues seem to stem from this specific location, which has repeatedly messed up my orders and provided incorrect items. I would only recommend this place because the Frosty was truly amazing.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with cheese, a classic chicken sandwich, and two chocolate chip cookies. When my food was delivered, it was sealed up. However, they forgot to include my spicy chicken sandwich with cheese; all I got was the fries and the drink. I was really upset about the missing sandwich and immediately contacted customer service. They issued a refund for my meal, but then I discovered they had given me sugar cookies instead of chocolate chip. My order was completely messed up, and it felt like a waste of my money. I could have gone back to get a refund for the cookies, but I ended up throwing them in the trash.

This place is fantastic! The staff really know how to treat their customers well. Plus, the food is wonderful!
