Subway - Redlands

Why would a restaurant hire someone who cannot speak English to serve customers? It is incredibly frustrating and a clear sign of poor management and ownership incompetence.

I have ordered from this restaurant several times through their mobile app, and they have consistently failed to include avocado despite me paying an extra $3.00 for it. This has happened over 5 times now, and despite adding special requests, they always seem to ignore them. I have tried tipping for better service, but it has not made a difference. As someone who has worked at Subway, I know how things should be done, and unfortunately, this restaurant has let me down. It's a shame to see the decline in their service over the years. This is strike three for me, and I won't be returning. I give them zero stars.

Bland, soggy, too much lettuce, not much flavor at all. Taking a break from Subway.

The food was ok, but I've had better. Also my chips one regular and one baked lays) and drinks a pepsi and a vitamin water) were not delivered, which was very disappointing. I messaged the driver, but got to reply. I would appreciate the drink and chips be refunded since I didn't get them. Thank you.
