The theater is very cheap, especially the first movie of the day that sits are quite comfortable and the table is practical when they need it. they finally have a toilet room down below, which is good to avoid that these huge stairs climb to get into the toilets in the second floor. have not tried their food, but the menu looks decent and they deliver on their seat.
I love this theater!! First showing of the day is only 5 a person. Plus you can order food here. Each seat has a QR code where you can see a menu, order and pay from your seat. The waiters bring you your food and drink. It's pretty awesome. I would suggest getting there early so you can order your food and have time to look at the menu.
Unfortunately, not a good experience. While the two initial workers were good, the third and fourth one were not. Floors were sticky and there was popcorn in the chair I went to the first showing . I did not receive any napkins so I went to ask for some and was greeted with an employer who was annoyed that I interrupted her and made sure that I knew it by the C attitude I got for asking for some napkins. Overall... I liked Harkins better.
I came here today and was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered food to my seat using the QR code and although I was charged my food never came. I requested assistance through the website I ordered through and still no one came. Since you can only order through the site I finally had to leave the movie and go get the popcorn, drink, and candy I paid 30 for. As a result I missed the first 30 minutes of the movie dealing with this. I think of dine in theaters as more of a luxury experience, so only being able to communicate with staff through a website was a disappointment. In the future I'll just go to a normal movie theater or a dine in that doesn't rely on a buggy website.
