Domino's Pizza - Redlands

Customer service is great! Very friendly , informative and positive people from ordering on the phone to the gentleman from Hawaii who delivered our food. Tried the feta and spinach cheese bread as recommended by the woman on the phone and it was great! The pizzas were awesome. Made perfectly I'll definitely be ordering from here again! We usually order from this spot and it's sad to see all the bad reviews when we've had a lot of great experiences here. The staff is always great and the food is too. Only 1x our bread was undercooked but they fixed it right away and we're very kind about it.

I was very disappointed with this location. I ordered two pizzas, a salad, and special chicken, but they never arrived. When I called to inquire about the situation, they acted as if it was my fault for not receiving my pizza. They offered to remake the order, but only after they refused to give me a refund, stating I would have to go through my bank for that. When I asked who would know why my pizza wasn’t delivered, they admitted they had no idea. I wasn’t even offered anything as compensation for the inconvenience. They don’t seem to value their customers, despite what they claim in their commercials.

I really enjoy this Domino's location! The food is consistently delicious, hot, and fresh. The customer service is always excellent. We typically have our orders delivered, and most of the time, we get the same driver, Lester. He is really friendly and does an amazing job making sure our order is correct every time.

The restaurant was quite warm, and while the staff was friendly, I found the food to be a bit overcooked, though that might just be my personal preference.
