Chili's Grill - Redlands

I had a fantastic experience thanks to one of their servers, Noe. He went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Thank you so much!

We arrived at this location on a Friday night at 7:00 PM and were informed there would be a 25-minute wait for a table, but we were seated in just 15 minutes. The service was prompt and our waitress was fantastic. Chips and salsa appeared as if by magic, and our food came out quickly. The dishes were warm and delicious, and thanks to the speedy service, my 1- and 3-year-olds didn't get restless from boredom.

Visiting from Torrance for a playoff HS game. We needed to get to Redlands early to traffic. We decided to go to Chili’s. Best decision! Love the food and staff. Great time! BTW, the prices are awesome! Thank you Chili’s!

On a positive note, Chili's offers a wide variety of burgers, chicken, steaks, and seafood, along with a special menu for kids that includes a paper activity sheet to keep them entertained while waiting for their food. I really appreciate their value menu, where you can choose three items at different levels: basic, upgrade, or premium. For instance, the basic level features a substantial chicken sandwich, while the chipotle-flavored chicken strips are a personal favorite. At the premium level, there’s even a 6 oz steak available. They also offer a drink upgrade for $2.50, which includes options like Bud Light, Coors Light, or a margarita.
