Carl's Jr. - Redlands

I will be here all day. During my visit, my order was not taken promptly. The woman at the drive-thru window seemed confused and asked how she could help me. After I placed my order, she became rude even though there were no other cars behind me. The food was prepared quickly, but I never received my drink. It was disappointing.

I used to avoid going to Carls Jr for a while, but I decided to give it another try recently. I ordered their classic California cheeseburger for $4.34 at the window since I missed hearing the intercom. This time, the burger was much better - juicy and satisfying, making it a great choice for a filling lunch.

They play music like a club and not a restaurant in the dine in!!! the girl sarah at the window is very friendly and polite, but they get 5 stars girls!

The fries are always cold, every time I get them. For the price of the food, you would expect it to be better. There are smaller burger shops that you can try for the same price that are better. They are still short items from their menu. When they had the Adult Swim promotion, the employees seemed like they were not aware that you could combo your meal with the adult swim promotion. I get that we need to be nice to these employees, but I get paid the same to do construction and I put everything into it. The least these people can do is have some fries warm, and know whats in inventory and whats promoted.

Always good with coupons. Always clean and staff friendly. Lupita does a good job with orders and Xochil does great with orders considering she foes both drive thru and counter.
