Subway - REDLAND BAY

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. I really enjoyed my sub sandwich. They have small tables and chairs outside, which allow you to sit in the fresh air while you eat. Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

The Subway in Redland Bay is my go-to spot during the weekdays. Food: 5 stars, Service: 3 stars.

I visited a Subway and ordered a sub. There were three staff members working, including one trainee. As the trained staff prepared my sub, I noticed they didn't add the correct amount of toppings, but they didn't mention anything about it (quality is all about consistency). When it came time to pay, I was quoted a price that was different from what was displayed on the board. I pointed out that the price on the board should be the correct one, but the trained staff member told the trainee that the price on the screen was what mattered, not the board. Frustrated, I decided to leave and provided feedback to Subway. In response, I received a generic email that ignored my concerns. I followed up, asking what would be done about the price discrepancy, but I didn't get a response. I usually love Subway, but this experience was disappointing, and there seems to be no accountability from the store.

Just had a very bizarre experience where the staff member would point at ingredients and stare at me- I think she muttered two words the entire time and couldn't get away fast enough. Customer service was awkward but my sub was great lol. I wouldn't blame the staff, Subway isn't the best place to work and she might've been having a tough day. Thank you for the sub and I hope your day gets better. :
