Batchley Rd Fish Bat - Redditch

We have been consistently impressed with this fish and chip shop since moving to Redditch. Tonight, I tried the mixed kebab and chips, which I haven't had in a while, and it was better than ever. The shop was bustling with customers and numerous Deliveroo and Just Eat orders being prepared for takeout, highlighting its popularity among locals. We have also ordered directly from them for home delivery in the past, and found it to be both cheaper and quicker. I highly recommend this place.

Had our first F&C from this place this evening and were very happy with them. We've tried 3 or 4 other chippies in Redditch, including one very well publicised one across town, and these were the best by a country mile. Well cooked chips no soggy ones, no tiny crispy bits to break my old teeth, and a huge piece of fish. I think we will look no further.

Have supported this fish bar for many years, only to have the last three orders delivered with poor food, paying for fish that doesn't even look like cod, you can tell by the flakes. Ordered a mixed meat, hardly any meat in the box, to be honest, i'm sick and tired of poor quality from this takeaway. Such a shame, I hate writing comments like this, but don't want people who work hard all week to then have a poor take away, just like we did tonight. Put the lot in the bin and made some sandwiches, home made food. I hope they read their trip advisors as something has to change for them.

This must be the worst fish and chips I’ve ever had . Soggy Greasy batter with minimal fish . Chips were ok but greasy , scallops were all soggy batter , half full curry sauce and a half hour wait . What more could anybody ask for avoid
