Dunkin' - Reading

Ordered from the mobile app and waited 15 mins for my drinks even after giving them 10 mins to get the drinks ready. The drive thru had one person and no one other than me was inside. Not the first time this happens. Slow people!

Dunkin always gets my coffee right, including lattes, cappuccinos, and the regular morning Joe.Vegetarian options: I'm in LOVE with their Tomato-Pesto Grilled cheese. Awesome vlend of savory and tangy flavors.

If you are diabetic, do not go to this Dunkin. I went through the drive through and ordered iced coffee with Splenda. When my coffee came out, I could see about a half inch of sugar on the bottom of the cup. When I told her I asked for Splenda because I can't have sugar, she slammed the window closed and remade it...with sugar. I then had to park and go inside so someone else could make it with Splenda. This employee is a lawsuit waiting to happen! My apologies, this review is actually for 5401 Perkiomen Ave 19606

Nicest staff, cleanest store including the bathrooms absolutely spotless. Very nice place to visit and the food and drink is awesome

Horrible customer service. This is the closest Dunkin to my house and I'd rather drive an extra 10 minutes to go to another one just because this place NEVER gets my drink right. And if you kindly tell them the order or drink is wrong, they catch an attitude. Always understaffed and I understand but don't take your attitude out on the customers. And the blonde Hispanic manager is just plain rude! I don't like to leave bad reviews but after repeatedly having issues, this place needs new staff or some customer service training asap.
