Every time our family goes through the drive through, we are greeted politely, can understand the employee thru the speaker (a big deal and have a very pleasant experience. We may have to wait a few minutes for the order but its made fresh and thats worth it! Employees always are sweet, smiling and seem to really have great attitudes about serving the public. With so many places being slower because of employee shortages, I have not seen that affect this location. With so little training being done nowadays, we have never seen any of that here. The staff is always on top of their game. They seem very trained and happy to serve. We dont eat fast food often, but this is definitely the place we enjoy most in Raymore. Would give 6 if I could.
