Pasticceria Ferrari Di Savigni Roberta

Delightful pasticceria near to city centre with friendly service, really nice interior and good coffee , croissants and cakes.

We had a very good lunch here in Ravenna. The service was good as was the simple foods we ordered. Fresh very tasty. We would return here for lunch again if we were inRavenna.

The restaurant is in very good location right in the center of Ravena. The pizza was well... it looked like frozen pizza from the gorceries and it also tasted like it.

I didn’t know about this place since I accidently passed by and my attention was caught by signboard of this place that says “Pasticceria Ferrari“ gold on dark blue and I felt this could be a great place of tradition to enjoy an Aperitivo in Ravenna. My intuition was right, the service was good, as others have said it is reasonably priced (Aperitivo, snacks, shakerato and ricotta cake 13 euros). The location is on the way between the religious heritage objects that are must have in Ravenna. The atmosphere is typical Italian – laid back, it is in the shade, under arcade, people are passing by and you can have a nice pause as locals do. As I am into discoveries then I can give bonus points for this place as I enjoyed shakerato coffee (cooled coffee shaked in a shaker with thick foaming and served in a glass) and the waiter explained how to! Try it, truly Italian!

The range of cakes were as beautiful to look at as they were to eat. At the end of a tiring day sight seeing we grabbed a table in this pretty cafe and selected four little cakes to enjoy with cups of tea. Lovely and relaxing.
