Japanese Butterfly - RAVENNA

Japanese food has to be made with fresh ingredients! this was simply terrible, the tuna and salmons were warm, everything else was terribly old!!!!!!! I wrote a review in the Google Maps talking about my experience and the owner replied disgracefully saying the restaurant serves fast-food-like ! food because it 's a buffet and it is NOT a Japanese restaurant!!!! yet they have written Japanese everywhere as their category! The soy sauce did NOT taste like soy sauce and it seemed like they have added water to it! No wasabi or gari was served! the staff were not friendly at all!

The place is very traditional, if you book you can get a private booth or a large japanese style table. they have a menu with pics, but you have to ask for it. You write your own order and they bring you the food. Large selection of tuna, which is good. slightly expensive. They fall big time on the basics: wasabi, ginger and soy sauce are cheap and no so tasty. Pity

That goodness thanks to you we ate very well, absolutely exceeded our expectation, delicious and fresh dishes, good goto, great sushi goto. - to come back often. Congratulations.
