After being in the heart, aboard my partner, my girlfriend and I decided to try ak. from what I understand, ak, mí or rather akami maguro, in Japanese, is the most lean and tasty part of the tuna, and literally translated, means “redding”. probably the local director, with witty irony, wanted to give this name for the resemblance to the local dialect A-K.-M(at my house) and consequently, the impression I had was only to feel welcomed at someone's house. the reception of the girl, responsible for the room, was very friendly and nice. we also appreciated the idea of the oo of containers for transport and commerce, converted into a system of overlapping blocks and structures to create an environment to be used as a restaurant. but also the furniture makes the room very familiar. but you can not be satisfied only with the architecture of a restaurant. Here comes into play the chef, who with his culinary engineering has literally amazed us. we were both impressed, fascinated, amazed by a dish that, if the waitress had laid it on the table and left, I would have called it back and asked explanations about the mistake committed. I’m talking about the “marine carbonara”. to see it, it is a real carbonara, cheek in small crispy cubes, pepper over the spaghetti wrapped in the creamy egg. but nothing of all this, only the spaghetto is that of the carbonara, in fact this is of sea.
