Great Wall - Rapid City

I found a hair in my food after just a few bites. When I called the restaurant, they had me send multiple pictures to prove what had happened. They initially offered to give me an entree the next time I visited. After explaining that I had paid for the combo I ordered and waiting for 29 minutes, they finally agreed to address my concern. When I tried to use my credit for the issue, it took a lot of arguing before they agreed to give me a free combo. However, I was confused about how it could be considered free when I had already paid for it but couldn't eat it. I felt very rudely treated, as if they thought I was just trying to get free food. I've been a loyal customer for years, but I won't be returning after this experience!

I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Last night, we ordered delivery, and even though the lady on the phone seemed quite busy, she was still very attentive. She mentioned it would take 45 minutes, so we were a bit skeptical, but the driver arrived very quickly. He was well-dressed and a complete gentleman! When we asked about the 45-minute estimate, he took the time to explain it in great detail, which we really appreciated. The service was truly commendable. While the food was a bit bland, we will definitely be ordering from them again frequently.

Loved our lunch.. We found this place by accident and stopped in for a bite. Great food, very fresh ingredients, and a friendly staff offering great service.

We really enjoyed our lunch once we received it...... The service was terrible. I'm not sure why, the place had lots of people dining, I think we were put off to the side and forgotten. We are local and will try one or two more times, but if the service is consistently bad, will strike it from our list.

Excellent Service. Food is fantastic! Best Chinese food I've ever had!
